Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Orders made before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day, contingent upon stock availability. Rest assured, we proactively communicate any delays that may arise, keeping you informed every step of the way.

2. Returns & Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Tennis Ranch. In the event that the received item does not meet your expectations or requirements, we gladly facilitate exchanges or provide store credit. While return postage is typically at the customer's expense, any errors on our part warrant our commitment to covering associated costs.

You are granted a generous 30-day window for returns or exchanges, during which we expect goods to be returned in their original condition. Racquets should retain their factory-sealed plastic, free from any blemishes or marks, while clothing items must bear their original tags. Similarly, shoes should remain unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Should you encounter any faults with a purchased item, simply return it to us along with proof of purchase for thorough evaluation by the manufacturer. While return postage is the responsibility of the customer, we undertake the process diligently to ensure swift resolution.

In cases where the exact item is unavailable, we offer suitable alternatives or provide store credit for future purchases. Rest assured, our warranty policy extends to racquets with a comprehensive one-year coverage, excluding strings or grips.

For specific products such as tennis shoes, enjoy the added assurance of a six-month sole warranty. Our dedicated team ensures a streamlined process, typically resolving warranty claims within five business days.
